Event 1 - Saturday 3rd October 2015
Instructor Jerry Summers, assisted by Estelle Rayment and Lizzy Mitchell as Goshawk race officer. Morning theory session covering, Why we race, The basics, Flags and courses, Starting and some basic rules. Afternoon session on the water off Silversands based on starts and short races. boats used X1 swann, X1 420 and X7 Scows. A good day was had by all.
