Event 1 - Sunday 27th March 2016
Instructors Jerry Summers & Peter Hudson. Course based around Stage 4 and Seamanship. A strong wind from the SW F6 meant the day was spent doing theory in the warmth of the classroom. The afternoon saw us take the cadets out in the RIBS for experience.
Event 2 - Monday 28th March 2016
Instructors Jerry Summers & Peter Hudson. Another windy day with a WSW F7 wind dropping to F4, The morning was spent in the safety of the classroom completing theory then sailing in Pico's and RS Tera's off the middle pontoon to gain some valuable water time.
Event 3 - Tuesday 29th March 2016
Instructors Jerry Summers & Peter Hudson. The conditions being kinder today saw theory input and a review of sailing video footage from the day before. Land drills were completed and sailing in Area B at the top of the harbour with X2 420's and X2 Pico's
Event 4 - Wednesday 30th March 2016
Instructors Jerry Summers & Peter Hudson. A gentle N F3 breeze saw us out of the harbour off Silversands grabbing as much water time as possible, with some great sailing, covering MOB, Rudderless sailing, picking up moorings as well as some time out on the trapeze.
